Sherry Pugliano

Sherry Pugliano has been with Harry S. Cohen & Associates since 2002 and has over 27 years of experience in the medical/legal fields. Mrs. Pugliano was initially hired at the firm as a medical paralegal, and her extensive experience makes her invaluable in screening and recognizing potential cases.

Mrs. Pugliano has assisted our attorneys on numerous complex litigation cases in Pennsylvania (in both state and federal court jurisdictions, as well as Commonwealth Court), West Virginia and Ohio. Sherry works closely with the attorneys and medical staff from the onset to the end of each case by filing complaints, petitions, motions, answering discovery, obtaining and organizing medical records, trial preparation, research, preparing settlement documents, negotiating liens and appeal case work.

In addition to her paralegal work, Mrs. Pugliano also heads our accounts receivable/accounts payable departments as our newly named Director of Operations and is responsible for overseeing and facilitating both the financial and day-to-day management of the office.

Mrs. Pugliano is a graduate of Sto-Rox Senior High School and currently resides in Robinson Township. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, her dog Easton, working on home remodeling projects and traveling.
