Mallory Fuchs

Mallory is a Paralegal and Intake Coordinator who works directly with the attorneys and medical staff to review potential cases.

Mallory works closely with the attorneys and medical staff on a myriad of cases, including misdiagnosis, surgical errors, birth injury and wrongful death cases. In addition, Mallory works diligently on obtaining medical records for review, preparing complaints, petitions, and motions, answering discovery, organizing case materials and overall trial preparation. Mallory further performs research, prepares settlement documents and negotiates liens on behalf of our clients.

Mallory takes time to correspond with clients to make sure they feel supported throughout the entire legal process, which can often be a lengthy endeavor. It is this direct communication that ensures our clients receive the support and advocacy they rightfully deserve.

Before joining Harry S. Cohen & Associates, Mallory was an intern at the law firm Buchanan, Ingersoll, and Rooney. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University where she majored in International Politics and a paralegal certificate from Community College of Allegheny County. In her free time Mallory enjoys reading, kayaking, and bowling.
