Caitlin Harrington

Caitlin Harrington has over a decade of experience in litigating complex medical malpractice cases and also has experience in personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, and other serious injury cases. She has also handled various appellate work, including getting a jury verdict against her client overturned and remanded for re-trial. Caitlin is a voracious advocate for her clients and has earned the respect of her peers with her intelligence as well as her compassion. Caitlin has made it her life-long mission to use the court system to fight for those who are injured and aggrieved.

A graduate of prestigious Wellesley College, Caitlin earned her bachelor’s degree in 2006 with a double major in Political Science and Spanish. She graduated cum laude from American University’s Washington College of Law in 2009. During her time in Law School, Caitlin interned for the Department of Justice, United States Marshals Service and was an Honors Intern with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

In 2022, Caitlin was voted by her peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor reserved to the top 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania who are under the age of 40 or who have been practicing less than 10 years. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Beaver County Bar Association, and Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Outside of the office, Caitlin is a founding member of Cameron’s KidKnees, an organization raising funds for kidney disease related research and treatment. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, playing soccer, and watching soccer.
