Celeste Callahan
Celeste Callahan has been a Certified Paralegal since 2012 and is excited to be back within the medical malpractice field here at Harry S. Cohen & Associates. With over 15 years of legal experience, she has assisted attorneys on numerous litigation cases within the Tri-state area in many areas of law – though her passion has always been in the medical law domain. As a 2005 graduate of Duquesne University, Celeste earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, with a concentration in Human Services, as well as her Certification through the Paralegal Institute.
Having been a caseworker for Allegheny County fresh out of college, she continues to commit herself to a social worker’s Code of Ethics by defining the values, principles, and standards that guide decision-making and everyday professional conduct, making a difference and advocating for her clients. Each day she strives to be a better person because of that Code of Ethics, as she believes it makes the world a better place, one step at a time.
Celeste is also a classically trained pianist and in her spare time plays weekend masses at both her home parish of Christ the King in the Lower Allegheny Valley, as well as at a Methodist church in Fox Chapel. A resident of the South Hills, you can find her playing showtunes on the piano, singing with her acapella group, spending time with family, or watching her daughter dance professionally in Denver, CO.
