Denise Johnson

Denise has been employed with Harry S. Cohen & Associates for over 20 years. She is a Paralegal specializing in Medical Malpractice cases. She works with the attorneys and medical staff to make sure deadlines are met and determine whether you have a legitimate medical malpractice case.

Denise is involved with complex cases including birth trauma cases, obtaining and organizing medical records for review, preparing complaints, petitions, motions, answering discovery, corresponding with clients, deposition preparation, trial preparation, research, preparing settlement documents and negotiating liens.

Denise is also responsible for the smooth operation of the office and various projects in marketing, web presence and accounting.
